Sean Barker is founder and CEO of cloudEQ. Sean has over 25 years’ experience leading global infrastructure, operations application development, SaaS, PaaS, and program management organizations.
Prior to launching cloudEQ in 2007, Sean founded Omadas, a global consulting firm. He has served as COO of Boardwalk Entertainment Group (where he holds a Mobile Replacement Dialogue Recording System patent), was CTO/VP of IT at Ingram Micro, and held other executive roles across the industry.
When Sean isn’t working, he’s an avid scuba diver and serves on the board of Dive Heart, a non-profit providing dive therapy for people with disabilities.
Gerry is Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director of cloudEQ in India. He has been with cloudEQ since its inception. With over 20 years of IT experience, Gerry is a seasoned leader, enterprise architect, application developer, and serial entrepreneur.
Before joining cloudEQ, he led AppTree Technologies and worked as a software architect gaining expertise in multiple programming languages and IT delivery processes. Beyond technology development, Gerry enjoys sci-fi movies.
Jim is the Chief Strategy Officer at cloudEQ and oversees all aspects of client-facing managed service engagements. With over 30 years of experience at Fortune 500 companies, Jim is a seasoned technology executive who focuses on delivering value and leading strategic initiatives to propel growth for customers and partners.
Before joining cloudEQ, he held leadership roles at Omadas, Atos, WellPoint, and Candle Corporation, specializing in P&L management, client delivery, IT operations, and service delivery. When not working, Jim enjoys golfing.
Robert is cloudEQ’s Chief Legal Officer, serving as legal counsel and advisor to the board of directors and corporate officers. He oversees corporate governance, compliance, overall legal strategy, and company-wide legal affairs.
Robert specializes in corporate formation, development, financing, compliance, and international expansion. Before joining cloudEQ, he spent 10 years at Golob Law, representing tech companies and other organizations.
In his spare time, he provides pro bono legal services to veterans.
Tom is the Chief Financial Officer for cloudEQ. He is responsible for the financial health of cloudEQ. Tom is a seasoned financial professional with 25 years of experience at companies from startups to large enterprise organizations.
Prior to cloudEQ, Tom worked with WorldCom, Level 3, and several private companies. He has worked across divisions, giving him experience in dealing with financials from the initial acquisition and sale of the company to managing operational finance, billing, and day-to-day payments.
In his spare time, he enjoys traveling the world with his daughter.
Scott is Chief Administrative Officer for cloudEQ. Scott’s strong financial acumen and technical understanding come from his various IT roles over the past 20 years as an entrepreneur and other leadership positions.
Prior to joining cloudEQ, he was the COO of OMA245 LLC where he was responsible for all aspects of operations, financials and program/project delivery. Prior to OMA245 LLC, he worked for Amazon, IBM, Bank of America and WellPoint as a senior management delivery executive. In his spare time, Scott enjoys watching movies and is regularly found quoting his favorites on our conference calls.
Scott is Vice President, EMEA, at cloudEQ. He plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by overseeing all aspects of delivery operations, governance, and fiscal accountability in the EMEA region. With over 20 years’ experience across global organizations in Europe and Asia, Scott brings a strategic focus to optimizing client outcomes and aligning services to boost profitability and expand market share.
Scott’s commitment to operational efficiency and governance ensures client engagements deliver measurable value, fostering long-term partnerships.
In his spare time, Scott is a sports enthusiast who often takes on a marathon or skydiving for charity.
Kevin is Vice President of Business Development of cloudEQ. He joined the organization through the acquisition of Kinect Consulting. With over 30 years of experience, Kevin is dedicated to delivering exceptional value to clients and partners.
Before Kinect, Kevin held business development roles at Gartner, Thomson Reuters, and Wolters Kluwer. His additional work experience includes civil law attorney, commercial fisherman in Alaska, professional hockey referee in the IHL, and bouncer on the Jersey shore.
Mori is the Practice Director for Operations & DevOps for cloudEQ. As a liaison between cloudEQ and our clients, she is responsible for implementing new vendor and data center services, managing multiple vendors, and building relationships with our customers and application owners globally.
Mori has over 20 years of IT experience from startups to Fortune 500 companies. She has managed all areas of IT from infrastructure, IT operations, and PMO.
In her spare time, Mori enjoys capturing moments and memories via photography.
Cassie is the Practice Director for Observability for cloudEQ. She leads global delivery teams in solving critical business challenges for clients, championing the power of data storytelling. With extensive experience in the IT industry, Cassie has held various business development, engagement management, and leadership roles consistently driving success and promoting growth across her teams.
Beyond her professional life, Cassie is a dedicated mom of three who loves spending family time exploring State and National Parks.
Sandra is the Director of Migration Practices for cloudEQ. She ensures the success of strategic migration plans and infuses strong communication and client service skills into her management philosophy.
With over 20 years of IT experience across various industries, Sandra has held roles including Project Manager and Director of Account Services. She champions customer service and is passionate about the outdoors, often hiking in California.
